Windows 2000 Server (ideally) or Windows 2003 Server. all the Redbooks are talking about 64bit and the IBM-HW is ready for it... [i]ServeRAID version 7.12 is expected in mid-2005. I am also disappointed with IBM's support. I have not tried 2012. it seems to let the OS find the drives and install okay but performance is extremely poor. I prefer online chat because they can send me any required link easily. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=ssg1S1002976
