Then you follow on-screen instructions to install one or more drivers, but they MUST be on a floppy disk - Win 2003 Install only knows how to deal with that device

Make sure any hard disk drives are powered on and properly connected to your computer, and that any disk-related hardware configuration is correct. You keep on until you have installed ALL the required drivers, then tell it to proceed.
