You mentioned trying to update the RSA II (failed), but are you certain the server even has an RSA II? Since you have an installed and working Windows OS, you can just apply the updates hot. The media method you use is entirely up to you to manage. If you absolutely require using USB to deploy the OS - someone else will have to chime in or Google is your best friend.
You can also apply RSA II firmware updates via the RSA II itself (firmware update option is on the menu).
